Panasonic has launched and started shipping its biggest and brightest Solid Shine, Solid State Illumination, projectors surpassing the 30000 lumens for the first time with the 31 000 lumens laser projector PT-RZ31K. In the traditional lamp era Panasonic's projectors were always limited to 20000 lumens. So again Laser-Phosphor illumination raises the bar beyond the limits of UHP lamps.
The Panasonic PT-RZ31K consists of two ultra-high brightness 3-Chip DLP laser projectors – the PT-RZ31K (WUXGA) and the PT-RS30K (SXGA+) – the range delivers 31,000 lm (centre) of brightness from exceptionally compact and lightweight bodies.

A unique Panasonic dual light source allows for uninterrupted projection as it offers redundancy in case of a technical fault. This makes the projector ideal for high-profile entertainment, staging, rental and exhibition applications.
The PT-RZ31K not only offers the extremely high lumen output and superb laser colour reproduction required for large venue applications, but also contains a Real Motion Processor, which uses frame-creation technology to reproduce extremely smooth video images with minimal motion blur.
