After announcing it has been collaborating with NEC, supplying it with larger pitch LED displays, manufactured in its Chinese plant, 3.8mm being the smallest (indoor) display available, it just announced it will bring 1.9mm and 1.5mm pitch direct view LED displays to the ISE show in Amsterdam, February 9-12. 1.5mm is a popular compromise between screen size, cost, and video quality/viewing distance.
S[quadrat] aims at retail and out-of-home-media, but with the right processing and control electronics and care in production this category is getting ready for high-end video applications.
The eye catchers at the S[quadrat] booth will be three LED installations out of the new high-resolution series „Sky“, with pixel pitches of 1.5 mm, 1.9
mm and 3.8 mm. High-end black face SMD LEDs ensure a high contrast and a breathtaking image result. The 1.8 m high, free-standing steles introduce the latest technology to the visitors and also offer the possibility to directly compare the fine pitches.
Two further high-resolution innovations from S[quadrat] will be shown at the booth of the cooperation partner NEC, stand 4-R24: Sky SI [1,5 SMD] NT V4 sized 3.04 m wide x 1.71 m high = 5,2 m² and with Full-HD resolution will be fitted into the stand construction, while Sky SI [1,9 SMD] NT V4 will be mounted as 82‘‘ screen at an open housing construction to allow a free insight into the otherwise hidden technology.
S[quadrat] welcomes people to its stand N35 in hall 11 of RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam.
