Hisense will launch its third Generation, ULED 3.0 Quantum Dot, LED lit, thin-edge (3.9 mm) LCD platform with a yet to be designated 110" 8K TV at the Berlin consumer electronics show September 2-7.
Of course the ULED 3.0 TVs the Chinese manufacturer is looking to actually shift is the smaller, but still impressive, 65MU9600, above. With 1200 nits, a specified twelve million to one dynamic contrast, and a wide color space specified as 105% NTSC, it has all the features of the ULED 3.0 platform. Unfortunately Hisense seems to stick to the curved shape of its earlier 4K TVs.
The 65" ULED 3.0 TV is scheduled for Q1 2017 availability.
