The service was launched on July 20th almost two years after Tricolor launched an 4K demochannel. It consists of three channels Insight UHD 'The Ultra HD Factual Entertainment Channel' and Fashion One, and homegrown channel Tricolor Ultra HD. Its content will consist of domestic and foreign feature films in 4K format
Either a CI+ 1.3 module and CI+ slot equiped 4K TV with DVB S2 receiver and HEVC decoder or a GS A230 set-top-box by GS Group and of course the appropriate smart card are required for the service. The Channels are offered in 50P.
