By the looks of it Dell will be the launch customer of Coretronics XPR 4K DLP Ultra Short Throw Laser-Phosphor projector that was demonstrated at ISE in Amsterdam last February.
The Dell S718QL 'Advanced 4K Laser Projector' is designed for board rooms, classrooms, and anywhere users need to project vibrant images that are visible even in the daytime. With true 4K Ultra HD resolution. Given the selection of target markets it may not use the MCL Multi Color Laser engine with additional filtering to reach P3, instead of the Red and Blue Lasers, mixed with yellow and green phosphors' regular 709 gamut. It may even use more standard blu laser diodes with yellowish green phosphor. As Dell has not yet provided specifications, we can not tell.
However reports claim it has 5000 lumens, and redundant laser arrays, so that is the MCLA engine with its standard gamut, Rec. 709. The engine is also used in the R50K 5000 lumens projector demonstrated at ISE, the P3 filtering in the UST demo reduced the output to a maximum of 4000 lumens.
It has 120 Hz High Dynamic Range (HDR), dynamic on-off contrast is rated at 100.000:1, but regular, native on-off contrast is only 1300:1, not very special.
It also has two integrated 6-Watt speakers. An HDMI 2.0 and an HDMI 1.4a, input. RS232 (9-in D-sub), RJ45, USB-A, SPDIF and an 3.5-mm mini-jack audio output.
The Dell Advanced 4K Laser Projector (S718QL) will be available July 19 on Dell.com in the U.S. for $5,999.
Dell emphasises its product offers the 'best', but it is also 'listening to customers needs'. With a focus on collaboration:

That Dell relies on XPR pixel shifting technology is also clear from the phrase; "With true 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR compatibility, you can enjoy 8.3M pixels of eye-popping color", the '8.3 million pixels on screen' is the theme Texas Instruments is pushing with all of its clients.
The only other specs provided are 'day-light usability brightness levels', the throw distance, and Microsoft Office file support. It is offering collaboration suport for upto four devices.
From only 4 inches away from the wall, the S718QL projects a 100-inch image so presenters can stand in front of the projector without blinding lights or shadows. Low-maintenance laser technology makes for an instant on-and-off experience with up to 10 years of life based on an eight hour workday, eliminating the need for downtime due to lamp replacements.
Designed for collaboration, the Dell Advanced 4K Laser Projector allows presenters to connect using a wide variety of devices and formats. Presenters can use an office network to project wirelessly from up to four different devices simultaneously or run Microsoft Office and 4K multimedia files directly from a USB, while Bluetooth connectivity enables audio from Bluetooth-compatible sound systems, no wires necessary.<\q>
