The Warner Brothers blockbuster based on the Marvel Comics 1970s TV series of the same name, will be released to consumers in 4K as a digital stream/file on the 29th of this month. The people who prefer their media on optical disc, will have to wait another three weeks till September 19th for the US UHD Blu-Ray release.
The 4K Blu-ray release has the movie as seen in theatres, 4K HDR, plus the standard HD Blu-ray disc. And an UltraViolet license to a digital streaming version. this package retails for $44.95. Warner asks the same sum for a 'Blu-ray 3D Combo Pack', the regular Blu-ray costs $35.99, and the DVD $28.98.
The Blu-rays will feature an unreleased bonus-scene, as well as bloopers, with additional directors visions, over those on the DVD, on the 4K disc.
Streaming will be offered through Amazon,Vudu, Google Play,and iTunes.
