  • Epson launches first Native 4K LCD projector at ISE

Today at ISE in Amsterdam Epson unveiled the world's first 12,000 Lumen native 4K 3LCD Laser-Phosphor projector. The Pro L12000Q supports HDR, 360-degree installation flexibility, and has a sealed light source and optical engine to protect from dust and smoke.

"We listened intently to the leaders in rental and staging and worked hard to solve their problems by integrating requested features into these models such as backward lens compatibility, swappable interface boards, robust and compact chassis, geometry correction assist, and edge-blending assist," said Gavin Downey, senior product manager, Epson America.

Epson also adds a new compact 20,000 Lumen WUXGA Model, the Pro L20000U. The 20000 has the same features as the Pro L12000Q and the projectors are compatible with Epson's existing line of lenses. And sport swappable inputcards.

The new Pro L-Series will be available Fall 2018, with pricing announced prior to launch. The projectors come with a limited warranty of three years or 20,000 hours, whichever comes first, with next business day replacement, including free shipping both ways.
