  • ISE 2019 opens visitor registration for largest International AV tradeshow

Integrated Systems Europe has opened its online visitor registration for ISE 2019. The show takes place at the RAI Amsterdam on 5-8 February 2019. And the Okura Hotel, that offers more exhibition space as interim solution till the show moves to a bigger venue in Barcelona for the February 2021 edition.

In response to the growing demand for exhibition space at the RAI Amsterdam, ISE 2019 will also feature an extended Hall 5, approximately one-third larger than previously. AT IBC last month this hall was still the same size as previous years. It was combines with what was hall 4 a few years ago when a new small hall 4 with conference facillities on top was added in front of the old hall 4, that in turn was made part of Hall 5 that was located at its end. So where does this new space come from?

In addition, ISE is spreading beyond the RAI by hosting a range of new and established conferences at the nearby five-star Hotel Okura. This allows for an expanding conference section. Bringing the AVIAXA Design conference Tide over from a city center hotel. The ISE conference programme reflects the show’s increasing segmentation into vertical markets and a desire to meet the information needs of increasing numbers of end-user visitors.

Five of the conferences will be held at the Okura. New for ISE 2019 will be the Digital Cinema Summit ISE and AttractionsTECH by blooloop. Plus, there will be the debut of HTNG Insight Summit ISE, which will focus on hotel and hospitality technology. Making their return will be XR Summit ISE and Digital Signage Summit ISE.

Conferences will also take place at the RAI. Monday 4 February will see the Smart Building Conference, which for 2019 takes as its theme ‘Making Smart Buildings, Making Buildings Smart’. Also on this day will be Audio Forum, organised by Italian media brand Connessioni. New for 2019 will be AGORA, presented by MONDO | STADIA - a conference focussing on stadium and sporting venue technology, with expert panels, case studies and keynote speakers from the industry.

AVIXA will host half-day ‘What’s Next’ conferences on the Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. These will explore AV integrated experiences in higher education and enterprise environments respectively.

ISE co-owners AVIXA and CEDIA also offer training and professional advancement courses.
