Registration for the farewell to Amsterdam edition of ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) the giant AV trade show co-owned by AVIXA (Infocomm) and CEDIA, has just opened. Organisers say they have been able to find more exhibition space. Lacking exhibition floorspace being the reason for a move to Barcelona in February 2021. After having been in Amsterdam since 2005 (with a sidestep to Brussels in 2006). It started with half a hall, and now overflows the full 15 hall capacity of the Rai Convention center. Showing how the Pro AV and Custom Integration sectors have boomed in the past 15 years.
Mike Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events, commented: “As the meeting-place for this global industry, ISE 2020 promises innovative new solutions, exciting show features, enriching learning opportunities and unbeatable networking opportunities. ISE is all about Making Deeper Connections – with people, with technologies and with the industry as a whole.”
ISE added a new conference, to an expanding training, education and information programme, the Control Rooms Summit. ISE now hosts a total of 13 conferences, four of them to be held at the primary location, The Rai convention center, the other events are hosted at the nearby upmarket Okura Hotel, that features the country's only Michelin Star Japanese speciality restaurant.
The Okura was added last year specifically for the conference, and proved populair with visitors. The Okura will be home to the new Control Rooms Summit ISE, which will address the latest trends in technology, design, ergonomics and best practice in this dynamic, technology-led business sector. The CEDIA Design & Build Conference and the CEDIA Cybersecurity workshop, that are also new to ISE in 2020. The Smart Building Conference ISE will relocate to the Okura, and the XR Summit ISE, Digital Signage Summit ISE, Digital Cinema Summit ISE, Hospitality Technology Summit ISE by HTNG and attractionsTECH (produced by blooloop) will return to this location.
The other four conferences, the AVIXA Higher Ed and Enterprise AV Conferences, AGORA, the stadium technology conference from MONDO | STADIA, and AudioForum, produced by Connessioni, will be held in the RAI.
Show owners AVIXA and CEDIA will be providing a full professional development programme.
Free registration is available via this link. Alternatively exibitors will also provide registration codes, and alumni visitors should expect a personal code in their mail boxes.
The show will start on Tuesday February 11 2020 and run through Friday February 16th, with come of the conference programme being held on Monday the 10th.
