Prior to the projector being dispatched you will receive a rental agreement, which you must sign and then return confirming the agreed date of return. If it is not possible to return the projector on the date agreed, it may be possible to extend the hire period if the request is made in good time. Late return will be chargeable to the sum of the agreed value of the goods. As per the rental agreement, the person responsible for the hire is liable for any damages caused to the projector and the included accessories during the usage period.
