My analysis indicates this looks like object based auro layout plus widths...

Rio 2 was recorded in Atmos yet it is part of the DTSX demo. Clearly they are pining to redo what they did with DTS HD titles from original Dolby mixes.....

So the conondrum of designing the room for auro,atmos or dtsx has cleared:

The Room should be designed for atmos first auro second and the dtsx will use the atmos speaker array including the widths in its upconverter mode for non native legacy content.
