It will be, when commissioned for Taker's Aegir.

Problem is zoom capability is hampered if you need to vertical shift for it too. Conceivably a room porthole alignment can be designed to be able to zoom without tilt then you can have support with zoom and focus, otherwise for a large format screen, lock it down and just do focus and use up down masking.

Or just motorize the shaft, up down, servo control or similar traditional control technology should allow for very precise positioning of the vertical shift support.

Here is the one introduced this year for Barco. I drew mine last year....

Some users have found that in certain installations with unusually long or large diameter lenses that the lens can vibrate,
causing a soft image on the screen. To address this problem MiT has developed a bracket that supports these types of lenses. The lens stabilizer bracket mounts to the rear of the MiT XL Mover and does not interfere with its operation (XL Mover sold separately).
The lens is supported by non-marking nylon transfer balls that allow the lens to continue to rotate and move in and out for focusing and zooming. The bracket telescopes vertically, and includes adjustment slots for both vertical and lateral adjustment.

So you guys can see why I am so adamant at attacking the resolution killers wherever they rear their head, be it lens quality optics preferable fixed lenses for 8k resolution, the stabilizer for such lens, and now the Maximum Alignment Program calibration.

You are right, walking up to the screen I can see this vibration. Definitely recommended.
