RED colour issue while playing 3D with CP2215

I am facing a weird issue while playing 3D with my CP2215. When i switch from 2D to 3D RED colour vanishes and the whole movie runs with just Blue and Green. Works good while playing 2D

What could be the reason for such issue is it the lamp or something else in the projector

Not an issue with the lamp. Are you running and active or passive 3D system, tell us what brand 3d system are you using?

currently we are running passive 3D with Depth Q first generation

Did you set up the 3D parameters, do you have a tech. Can you provide a quick screen shot of the 3D settings in the macro. Thank you!
