4k/24 from IMB/IMS | DCI-Forum

So far I only have confirmation the Doremi HDMI via IMB/IMS will take 4k/24. Any others ?

I don't know about the IMB, but the IMS does not accept any 4K via the HDMI yet. Doremi told me it would handle 4k@24hz first, and then 4K@60hz in the future. They said 4k@24hz would be active before the end of last year...... still waiting

its 4 months away. not possible for imb, not in Dolby's radar.

Dolby has yet to implement consumer 3D on its IMB HDMI inputs, sad.

Peter your a tease, can you elaborate further are you talking IMS or an external server.

Hi Pixels, Doremi is well underway to complete 4k hdmi on IMS. First 24 then 60 at a later time. That is great news but it limits your DCI content holding capacity.
