Philips Lighting launches new Xenon lamps that run 50% longer

Philips Lighting’s new LongPlay digital-cinema xenon lamps offer up to 50% longer warranty hours than standard xenon lamps for dramatically lower cost of ownership, while providing the same or better initial light output performance. This means fewer lamp replacements, lower operating costs and higher projector uptime, while maintaining exhibition quality. All of this is made possible by Philips’ breakthrough lamp electrode technology. Their electrodes run cooler, prolonging electrode life and maintaining light output longer.
