YMAGIS Group (ISIN: FR0011471291 TICKER: MAGIS), the European specialist in digital technologies for the cinema industry, today announced the acquisition of Berlin-based CINE-LOGISTICS GmbH., one of Germany’s leading distribution services for movie distribution companies and German-speaking cinema exhibitors. Under the terms of the agreement, YMAGIS SA, through its wholly-owned subsidiary YMAGIS Deutschland GmbH., becomes the sole shareholder in CINE-LOGISTICS GmbH.
