Cineworld / Cinema City to Bring Dolby Atmos Immersive Soundscapes to Audiences Across Europe
Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE: DLB) and Cineworld / Cinema City today announced plans to bring immersive and enveloping soundscapes to audiences with up to 50 new Dolby Atmos® screens, planned for installation throughout 2016 and into 2017. The planned Dolby Atmos screens will be installed across the United Kingdom, Central, Eastern Europe (CEE) and Israel.
