Christie® image processing and visual solutions for a wide range of applications are delivering impressive display and integration capabilities at the annual BroadcastAsia 2017, taking place at Suntec Singapore, May 23 to 25.

At booth 6G5-01, Christie’s valued partner Total Solution Marketing is showcasing the award-winning Christie Pandoras Box family of hardware and software tools that gives users complete control over the entire workflow, maximizing efficiency while unleashing creative possibilities to enable the creation of amazing visual experiences. These include the Pandoras Box Quad Server Pro, Pandoras Box Media Manager Pro, Pandoras Box Widget Designer Pro, as well as the innovative Pandoras Box AirScan IR-Laser Multi-Touch Sensor and ID-Tag that offer touch-free interactivity and tracking features respectively.

Visitors at the booth can also check out an eye-catching projection mapping demonstration executed using three Christie Roadster HD14K-M 3DLP® projectors, and driven by the Christie Pandoras Box media server system. The setup is aimed at displaying the powerful systems integration and image processing capabilities of the Pandoras Box in accomplishing soft edge blending, warping, mapping and layering for an engaging visual showcase.

“The Christie Pandoras Box, combined with Christie’s renowned projection solutions such as the Roadster HD14K-M digital projectors, delivers the most amazing images and contents that enthrall audiences in any setting; and provides a powerful platform for rental stagers, content providers and production designers to demonstrate their limitless creative potential,” said Glenn Wong, Managing Director, Total Solution Marketing. “With its scalability and product line variety, there’s certainly a Pandoras Box solution that fits any budget or any application for real-time video processing and show control.”

Able Liew, Deputy General Manager, Christie Singapore, commented, “We’re pleased to collaborate once again with our authorized partner, Total Solution Marketing, to showcase the powerful capabilities of Christie Pandoras Box family of hardware and software tools and flawless integration with our Roadster HD14K-M projectors at BroadcastAsia 2017. Trusted by content creators, rental stagers and projection designers to deliver some of the most spectacular multi-media presentations around the world, the Pandoras Box system features the most powerful render-engine offering real-time compositing in 3D, allowing for projection onto any shape and any surface. It is the ideal choice for any live event, projection mapping or multi-media show.

Over the years, the Pandoras Box system has been instrumental in delivering outstanding contents and visuals at numerous venues around the world. These include the opening ceremony of the South East Asian sporting event held in Singapore in 2015, where 18 Pandoras Box media servers generated content projected by 160 Christie J Series projectors onto the field of the National Stadium, setting a new Guinness World Record for the greatest light output for a projected image. Ten Christie Pandoras Box Media Servers were also used to drive all projection mapping contents displayed by more than 120 Christie projectors comprising the Boxer 4K30 and Roadster HD20K-J projectors during Singapore’s 50th National Day celebrations during the same year.
The Christie Roadster HD14K-M, with a brightness of 13,500 center lumens, delivers superior performance and quality illumination with full HD resolution and proven 3DLP technology for the best high definition image anywhere. Ideal for large venues such as broadcast studios, houses of worship, museums and education, scientific research, theme parks and more, the Roadster HD14K-M offers high efficiency and low cost of ownership. The most compact in its class, this projector platform ships equipped with more input cards than the other M Series models, and a stacking frame.
