Like ACER, Optoma today announced it will be showing its small Laser Phosphor projector at the IFA show in Berlin September 1-6. The UHZ65 4K UHD laser projector is part of the UHD60/65/550X range, adding a laser-phosphor light source. Brightness is specified at 3000 lumens. It is due to be launched this winter.
Optoma will also show its new range of home projectors, including the recently launched, UHD65 and UHD60 4K projectors, along with its range of 1080p models featuring DARBEE Visual Presence technology.
The UHZ was first unveiled at Infocomm in June.
