In about two weeks time CES 2019 will open and aside from hosting exhibits by thousands of established industry vendors, is to promote Start-ups through multiple events. The biggest startup showcase in the world, with more than 1,100 startups from 40 countries will take place at the show's Eureka Park. According to one previous Eureka Park participant at the CES Unveiled Amsterdam event, it is a vibrant place, with relevant people seeking out the exhibiters.
At the Extreme Tech Challenge Semi Finals the top ten XTC semi-finalists will present to a panel of XTC judges. The judges will select the top three finalists who will go to Necker Island for the XTC Finals and pitch to Sir Richard Branson and an incredible panel of judges. The ten semi-finalists have been selected out of hundreds of startup applicants, at events like CES Unveiled in Amsterdam and Paris.

The CES Eureka Park Climate Change Innovators awards program at CES spotlights exhibitors in Eureka Park who are placing bold bets on their technology's ability to cut greenhouse gas emissions, if widely implemented or adopted. A CTA-selected committee of experts from industry, the NGO community and academia selected the honorees based on the demonstrated and quantified potential of their technologies to reduce GHG emissions. Ten innovators will have the opportunity on Wed, January 9, 2019 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM PST, to “fast pitch” their technologies to an audience and panel of judges including NASA Chief Technologists and investors. The deadline for submissions is today December 28.
