Samsung and Harrods the upscale house of luxury department store in London, the one that sells physical gold in bars upto 12.5 kilogram, opened an exclusive Samsung store in Harrods department store, this Friday the 29th. This store will be the exclusive seller of The Wall Luxe microled display of the Korean conglomerate. This means independent integrators will be left out, limited to selling the pre-existing IF series of commercial RGB SMD LED display walls, basically Samsung's entry level LED display offer into the premium residential market.
At the store Samsung will be hosting unique and invite only events for Harrods customers over the coming months. It will feature the most exclusive launches of products like the new (5G) Galaxy Note10 range by Samsung Mobile. The new Q950R line of QLED 8K LCD TVs upto 98", and 'The Wall Luxe, a superior and bespoke modular Micro LED screen, to be sold exclusively in store'.
"The Wall Luxe – exclusively sold through Harrods, is a breakthrough innovation in home entertainment, offering customers a completely bespoke modular LED screen that can be customised to fit any luxury home environment, transforming residences and offering unprecedented premium viewing experiences", Samsung said in a statement.
