After 4 months working with SONY on getting 3D working via a specially fitted Lumagen, the client saw and was enthusiastic with the results. Consequently that Samsung the wall frame is being re-purposed for a C_LED, I could not be any happier as I find the image of the C-Led the closest thing I have seen to a ginormous  OLED studio monitor. And to everyone complaining about tiling, for some reason everyone involved here is in concert saying that the unique image superior quality way overcompensates the non invasive visible tile structure (which is ameliorated with the lights off)


C-LED is the most captivating Image to date. Samsung kind of screwed the image processing with the wall lux.


To gauge the size the subs at the bottom are 18 inchers.

The resulting image aspect ratio when zoomed is a Vittorio Storaro approved 1.96.

Sony claimed it had changed its surface structure material to make the surface less of a mirror, and more uniform. So the surface quality should be more uniform among modules/displays. In the past it varied with each demo, some worse than others.


The Christie demo will be on 17:9.
