The overhead canopy (Boston Whaler) does not reflect the actual size of the bow built, which is shorter, there is no top centre speaker occlusion then.

Here are the seats with my special headrest on the back row. The headrest is a 5th generation design optimized to support your head looking forward Aiming your head to the center of the screen.

The Mother of All displays has arrived to the SOLFAR California warehouse, as soon as the governor lifts the Isolation order, it gets installed. Home Cinema will never be the same again.

Why look at a projected pixel, which is then diffused sideways in every direction when you can watch the perfect pixel directly?

AGAIN, the sound system will challenge a center speaker seating behind a woven screen. I have done this many times with concave, torus and giant rearprojection screen since 1979.

Here is a Videophile Oriented review of the SONY C-LED gen 2 at SONY Pictures, the best room to enjoy C-LED at the moment. They always run it at 800 nits like in our demo.

This same screening room I used to bring my clients to show them the TORUS SCREEN in 1990-1992. They had a stack of HDIH 2000 very expensive HD projectors.

That was the top-end Hi-Vision CRT projector. (part of the HDVS) Brochure was posted at Curt's http://www.curtpalme.com/forum/viewt...9256918e#97600.

Yup and a whooping 300 lumens, needed to resolve the full hd image.

So mechanical de-interlacing by overlapping the two projectors?

Meanwhile in San Diego the Skylounge construction tempo is finally gathering momentum.

The window mullions were treated with an antiresonant coating and covered in wood for better acoustics. All elements that will be concealed behind a fabric are being painted black.

The massive pair of double-fold acoustical (4) doors not only have a full automatic seal at the bottom but an inlay tray on its face to hold the fullest bandwidth 2" absorber panels available, the panels will then be covered in acoustical fabric. Having maximum absorbency in the center back of a wallscreen cinema is a requirement. I believe I was one of the earliest designers to arrive at this conclusion in my Torus Screen room in the Brickell Bristol Tower PH in 1992.
