Now Speaker are all working.
Something was wrong with old and new 12V trigger but now I can do the screen frame.

Hear 2 pictures how it looks now without the digital amplifier at the side of the box.

It was interesting to see when the Sony 760 display on the back molton that still something is visible as you can see in one picture.

I have some good idea how to mask the screen with something that cost me only about a good cm on each side.
So this new V6 screen will be likely a bit bigger than my old screen.

Nice to see the spkrs ready to go. The possibility of the screen being larger than your previous screen is a nice surprise.

Here you can see the design that hold the grip that hold the screen itself before it was paint black.

But this one in the picture was a early stage I had modify it further to make a easy masking system.

Two 3 meter long parts will be ready to try on Monday.
If all runs like I hope I will get the rest of this wooden part later this week and possible we can put this "frame" inside this week and soon later the screen itself.

We try the first 2 each 3 meter long wooden holder but i need to modify it a bit as the masking system need some adjustment.

Another step closer to launching the new theater. You would never know another giant screen is hidden in the back.

Too bad I found out that the gluing material the company send me to glue the plastic grids that hold the screen itself to the wooden holder I have build are not working good.

It liable to the wooden part good but it not liable good to the plastic parts that hold the screen.
So I need to found some other glue that do the job right.

I wonder why the company not offer a wooden part that have already this plastic grid perfectly inside as this will be fit for most setups.

Well if all going well I should have the frame inside by end of this week.

I hope as it will be hard work and long work to have the screen material inside by this Sunday as the World Cup Soccer will be this Sunday at 5pm local time.

Plan is to try tomorrow to put the screen material inside.
Lets see how it woks and if the screen material is bug free.

If all goes well may we can see the semifinal soccer world cup tomorrow night with the new screen.

Sad I have found some parts where the wooden parts are not even placed and they have a shift see picture.
This is only 3mm but to big for me so I need on Monday the company again to fix this that.
Because of this we can not put the V6 Material inside this weekend.

I put the sound absorber behind the new screen frame and on the side in left and right corners.
In the pictures you can see also that the frame going from top to botton from left to right.

Finally today we put the V6 Material inside the frame but not tighten it up around just at the top at some places.

We have some saying here in Germany.
" This is a work for people that kills mother and father"

The start up left was the worst later it gets better.
Sad that the screen was not perfekt I can still see in this early stage some bugs inside most close the corners left and right.
The questing is now as this screen is a little bigger in wide as i need it if this bugs can be outside when I center and shift the V6 material or did I will see it at all from the normally view distance ?

I have to see when I can spend time again to tighten up the material all around.

But may I will switch today or tomorrow the Barco on after long long time even when the screen was not tighten up as I cant wait to see it!

That is a lot of material to work with, very heavy. It may take some time to get it stretched properly. The 4k image is appreciated you can clearly see the details you are talking about.
